verifyPeerFromHandshake method

Future<bool> verifyPeerFromHandshake()

Verifies the peer using the certificate captured during the QUIC handshake.

The peer's certificate bytes are captured during the handshake but are not validated until this method is called. Returns true if the handshake captured a peer certificate and it validates successfully. The remote PeerId is then available through remotePeer.
