Whether to export metrics to an OpenTelemetry collector via OTLP/HTTP.

Disabled by default. When enabled, metrics are pushed to otlpEndpoint every exportIntervalSeconds and once more when the collector stops. This runs alongside Prometheus export; either or both may be enabled.
