IPLDLinkResolver typedef
Resolves the node an IPLDLink points at.
Implementations typically wrap a block-store load path such as
IPLDHandler.getNode; use IPLDSchema.linkResolverFromNodeLoader to
adapt a CID-based loader. Returning null marks the target as
unavailable, which is reported as a validation error at the link's path
when the link type carries an expectedType clause.
